General Information
A Four Hundred Dollar ($400.00) non refundable deposit will hold your
reservation. Total estimated charges are due five (5) business days prior to your
final guest count guaranteed, unless other arrangements have been approved.
A Thousand Dollar ($1000.00) non refundable deposit is required for events in
December. Fiorillo’ s reserves the right to ask for additional deposits based on the
nature of the event.
No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into Fiorillo’s by
the client or any of the client’s guests, wedding cakes excluded. No outside food
or beverage brought in without expressed written consent of Fiorillo’s restaurant.
The attendance must be clearly specified five (5) business days in advance of the
function or the estimated number will be used. This number is your guarantee
and may not be reduced. We will set and prepare for this amount.
Your non-refundable deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of your event. Any
function cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the event is subject to fifty
percent (50%) of the total estimated cost of revenue. Full charges, including food
and beverages, will be levied for any function cancelled less than ten (10) days
prior to the event. Estimated cost revenue is calculated and based on the original
commitment for banquet space being held on your behalf.
Various linen colors are available. If not an in-house color, an additional charge
may apply.
Round tables seating ten (10), head table, guest book table, and place card table
will be provided at no additional charge. Additional tables can be added at a rate
of $6.00 per table.
(There will be a $50.00 surcharge for outsourced additional lighting and or Disc
Jockey performing.) Allotted time for D.J. set up is 1 Hour before event.
A dance floor and area for your musical group or disc jockey will be provided at
no additional charge for parties of ninety (90) or more. A charge of Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($250.00) will be assessed for the dance floor for under ninety (90)
people. For outside entertainment or lighting there will be a $50 charge for a 4
hour period
A service charge of nineteen and a half percent (19.5%) (twenty two percent
(22%) for wedding and formal functions), and sales tax charge will be added. A
Two Hundred Dollar ($200.00) formal setup fee wil apply to all weddings and
formal functions.

Sit down dinner menu you may choose two (2) items from whichever menu you have selected plus one vegeterian dish.

Duel 166” automated projection screens.
JBL Pro Series in- wall surround theater audio systrem.
Duel VGA & HDMI input port connections.
Blu-ray Player, Lenovo laptop computer with CD/DVD rom, USB 3.0, HDMI and VGA outputs.
Custome DJ lighting to your color specification the entired room $200 half the room $100
Our multimedia services are custom designed to accomodate corporate events,
presentations, special events, wedding, corporate team meeting, private functions and more.

$250 single room – 1 screen
$395 duel room – 2 screens
You will need to supply your own laptop with HDMI or VGA cables to operate the system
$45 computer rental (optional)
There will be a $1.75 per person cake cutting fee when outside cakes are brought in.
Please be aware that no smoke, fog machines, confetti and pictures on the walls are
allowed on the premises. Please ensure that your musical group or disc jockey is made aware of this restriction.
Client assumes all financial responsibilities for any property damage to Fiorillo’s. This includes any damage made by outside entertainment hired by the client. Fiorillo’s will not be responsible for any items left in the banquet room after the function vacates the premises. There is to be no confetti or glitter type products brought in to the banquet room at any time. There is to be no tape or tacks used on any walls.
Pursuant to City of Santa Clara Ordinance #1634, NO SMOKING is allowed in the
banquet room.
Your Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) deposit will be applied towards your final
payment. The balance of estimated charges is due five (5) days prior to your event,
along with your final guest count guarantee.
Eighty percent (80%) of your estimated attendance will be established as your
minimum guarantee at the time of food preparation. Minimum of Fifteen Dollars
($18.00 plus applicable taxes service charge) per person for banquet use.
No charge for banquet room for parties of forty (40) or more. There will be a charge of
Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for parties under forty (40).
There will be a three Hundred Dollar ($300.00) per hour room charge for any room in
use over four (4) hours from the time specified in the contract. A raised head table is
available. Please sign the enclosed contractual letter and return as soon as possible.
